Principal of Robert Cohen Architect LLC, Robert has practiced for over 30 years since receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union and working for Edward Larrabee Barnes and Cossette Associates. He served in several leadership positions, volunteered, and received awards from arts, and architectural non-profits, including a mid-century modern house study and tours for the New Canaan Historical Society and served on a Westport housing subcommittee. He taught Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), and Bridgeport University, Shintaro Akatsu School of Design and was guest critic for many years at the New York School of Interior Design graduate and undergraduate programs. Robert maintains Blau gardens.
