Tom is a Historical Landscape Architect with more than 37 years of experience. He is the Founder of Elmore Design Collaborative, LLC, an award-winning, hands-on, client-oriented landscape architectural firm that provides specialized consulting services in all aspects of landscape architecture and historic/cultural landscape preservation planning and design, while incorporating principles of sustainability. Tom holds a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and provides volunteer and community services to local, town and state organizations and commissions. In 2018, Tom founded The GeoNAV Group, LLC a 3D LiDAR scanning and mapping company.
